In order to improve the user experience of Quip, I created an experience map that would highlight the different touch point of the overall experience. From that exercise, we were able to zoom out and define our roadmap for a few months.
Strategic design partner
Their product was quickly evolving and Quip needed a strategic design partner to help expand their website and marketing strategy in order to position their brand and communicate rapid product changes to users and prospects.
As we were working on their company page for their website, Quip needed photos of their employees + lifestyle shots. No problemo, the next day I proposed an artistic direction and went up in San Francisco to shoot the photos a few days later.
